We want the transition of your new puppy into your home to be as safe, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. Whether you live right down the street or across the country, we offer convenient transport options tailored to your schedule.

1: Local In-Person Pickup (By Appointment Only)

If you are located within driving distance or wish to travel to us, we welcome you to pick up your puppy in person.

  • How it works: Once your puppy application is approved and your balance is finalized, we will coordinate a safe, public, or residential meeting time.
  • Safety First: To protect the health of our unvaccinated litters, visits to our active nursery are restricted. Meetups are strictly scheduled by appointment only at a designated, secure location.
  • Cost: Free of charge.

2: Trusted Flight Nanny Service (Nationwide Delivery)

If you live too far to drive, you do not have to worry about cargo shipping. We partner with professional VIP Flight Nannies who will personally escort your puppy every step of the way.

  • In-Cabin Supervision: Your puppy will never be placed in the cargo hold. They will travel directly inside the airplane cabin at the nanny’s feet, receiving constant attention, feeding, and reassurance throughout the journey.
  • Airport Hand-off: Our flight nanny will meet you directly at the arrivals terminal or baggage claim of your local airport to hand over your puppy, their health records, and travel accessories.
  • Real-Time Updates: You will receive regular photo and text updates from the nanny during flight check-in, layovers, and landing.
  • Cost: Flight nanny fees vary depending on airline ticket pricing and your location. A custom delivery quote will be calculated and finalized prior to booking.

3: Regional Ground Transport

For buyers located within a 5-to-10 hour driving radius who cannot make the trip themselves, we can occasionally arrange a trusted ground transporter to deliver the puppy directly to your doorstep.

  • Comfort and Care: Ground transport vehicles are fully climate-controlled and scheduled with regular rest stops for potty breaks and hydration.
  • Cost: Calculated flat rate based on total round-trip mileage.

Important Travel Reminders

  1. Age Requirements: In compliance with safety regulations and vet guidance, puppies will not travel via air or long-distance ground routes until they are at least 8 to 10 weeks old.
  2. Weather Closures: While in-cabin flight travel is rarely impacted, ground transport may be rescheduled if extreme winter blizzards or severe weather conditions compromise road safety.
